Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

F&C Global Smaller Companies PLC (the "Company") has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority.  The publication of the supplementary prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following: (i) the publication of the Company's half yearly report for the six months ended 31 October 2014; and (ii) the redemption of the £10 million 11.5% debenture stock on 31 December 2014.

The supplementary prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 11 March 2014 (as supplemented by the supplementary prospectus published on 17 July 2014) in relation to the issue of up to 12.5 million new shares ordinary shares in aggregate.
