In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, F&C Global Smaller Companies PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 28 February 2015 the Company had 52,688,077 ordinary shares of 25p each in issue with a total of 52,688,077 voting rights.
