Issue of Equity
The Mission Group plc ("MISSION", "the Company" or "the Group", AIM: TMG), the alternative group for ambitious brands , announces that pursuant to the announcement on 7 April 2020, application has be made for the 5,434,162 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, with admission expected to take place on 23 April 2020. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, there will be 90,729,727 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore this figure may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
