Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited announces Helen Mahy, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman, has informed the Company that she has been appointed to the board of Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA with effect from 11 October 2013.  Both companies are listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Ms Mahy.
