ADMISSION TO THE OFFICIAL LIST AND TO TRADING ON THE MAIN MARKET AND PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

29 July 2013 Further to the announcement on 24 July 2013, The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that 300 million Ordinary Shares have today been admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities ("Admission").  The Company's ticker symbol is TRIG.

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, on Admission the beneficial interests of the Directors in the issued share capital of the Company were as follows:

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, on Admission the beneficial interests of the senior executives of the Investment Manager with day-to-day management responsibility in connection with services provided to the Group (being the Company and its wholly owned corporate subsidiaries) were as follows:

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, on Admission the beneficial interests of the senior executives of the Operations Manager with day-to-day management responsibility in connection with services provided to the Group were as follows:

All of the transactions listed above involved the issue of Ordinary Shares by the Company to the relevant subscriber at a price of £1.00 per Ordinary Share.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 300,000,000. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
