The Evolution Group Plc 2002 Executive Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan")
The Evolution Group PLC (the "Company") announces that an award of 500,000
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company has today been made to Andrew
Umbers under the Plan.
The award were granted for nil consideration. The exercise price is 1 pence per
share. Subject to continued employment and the rules of the Plan call rights
will be granted in January 2010 whereupon they will become immediately
exercisable.
Following the above transactions, the director holds the following awards:
