Sanne Trustee Company UK Limited as trustee of The Evolution Group Plc Employee
Share Incentive Plan Trust.

The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution" or the "Company"), the investment bank and
retail fund management group, announces that Sanne Trustee Company UK Limited
(the "Trustee") in its capacity as the trustee of The Evolution Group Plc
Employee Share Incentive Plan Trust (the "Plan") on 14 November 2006 purchased
2,191 Ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 121.75 pence per share. These
shares were acquired using funds paid to the Trustee as dividends for the
Partnership and Matching shares held by the Trustee under this Plan.

The Trustee holds the shares as Nominee for the participants of the Plan.

The total purchase and issue included the following shares in respect of certain
of its directors:
