Evolution Group Plc (LON: EVG) announces that Andrew Umbers has today stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of Evolution Securities Ltd, the Group's investment banking division, and as a Director of the Group. Alex Snow, Group Chief Executive, will take over the role of Chief Executive of Evolution Securities Limited.
Martin Gray, Chairman of Evolution, said:
"Andrew has developed the equities and fixed income businesses within Evolution Securities Ltd significantly during the last three years and we wish him well for the future".
Andrew Umbers added:
"I am very proud of the growth we have achieved at Evolution Securities in the last three years and the value this has created for shareholders. I now feel the time is right for me to pursue opportunities elsewhere."
