TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares
The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 02 April 2007 from Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited (USS) under
the Disclosure and Tranparency Rules that as at 29 March 2007 USS no longer had
a notifiable interest in the voting rights attached to the ordinary shares of
1p each in the Company ("Shares") their direct holding having fallen from
6,707,446 Shares to 6,592,446 Shares or 2.98%.
