The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
on 14 September 2006 from UBS AG acting through its business group and legal
entities ("UBS Group") that as at 11 September 2006, UBS Group was interested in
9,407,234 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately
4.08% of the issued ordinary share capital, and that as at 12 September UBS
Group was interested in 7,635,367 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company,
representing approximately 3.31% of the issued ordinary share capital.
