The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 30 January 2007 from BlackRock, Inc. ("BlackRock") that on 29 January
2007 BlackRock had reduced its interest in ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ("Shares") from an indirect interest in 23,080,926 Shares to an 
indirect interest in 22,073,740 Shares representing approximately 9.97% of the 
issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.

The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights over the
Shares are effectively held is BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited.
