TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 27 February 2008 from Credit Agricole Chevereux International Limited
("Credit Agricole") under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of a
disposal of voting rights on 25 February 2008 such that Credit Agricole at that
date no longer had a notifiable interest in ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ("Shares"). Prior to the disposal on 19 February 2008 Credit Agricole
had notified an interest in 11,749,500 (5.25%) Shares .
