TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification

on 13 February from Royal Bank of Scotland Plc as Trustee of the Blackrock UK Dynamic Fund  ("RBS") that on 10 February 2009 RBS were interested in 18,019,610 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in approximately 8.03% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.  This notification is in respect of voting rights breaching the 8% threshold from 16,442,110 (over 7%) announced on 23 October 2008.

The holding of RBS forms part of the overall Blackrock, Inc shareholding of 21,742,834 (9.68%) Shares as at 13 February.
