TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 18 March 2008 from Deutsche Bank AG under the Disclosure and Transparency
Rules ("DTR") of a disposal of voting rights on 14 March 2008 such that Deutsche
Bank AG and Tilney Investment Management were at that date interested in
13,190,185 (5.90%) ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares")
representing a direct interest in 13,189,915 Shares and an indirect interest in
270 Shares in the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This follows the
previous announcement on 15 February 2008 of a total interest by Deutsche Bank
AG of 13,681,738 Shares (6.12%).
