TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
today from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited under the Disclosure
and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of an acquisition and subsequent disposal of
voting rights on 6 and 7 February 2008 respectively such that Credit Agricole
Cheuvreux International Limited CAAM  ("Credit Agricole") at 6 February 2008 had
a direct interest in 9,116,699 (4.08%) and at 7 February 2008 had a direct
interest in 7,609,699 (3.40%) ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Shares").

This follows the announcement on 8 February 2008 of a holding by Cedit Agricole
of 8,857,947 (3.96%).

The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are
effectively held is as follows:
