TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 19 February 2008 from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited under
the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of an acquisition of voting rights
on 15 February 2008 such that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited
("Credit Agricole") at that date had a direct interest in 11,749,500 (5.25%)
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares").  Previous to the
triggering transaction Credit Agricole held 10,030,099 Shares.

This follows the announcement on 13 February 2008 of a holding by Cedit Agricole
of 10,416,699 (4.66%).

The Chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are
effectively held is as follows:
