TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on

28 October 2011 that on 26 October 2011, BlackRock Inc were interested in 22,826,215 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing an indirect interest in 9.81% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.  This notification is in respect of a decrease in voting rights below the 10% threshold from 25,219,141 Shares announced on 11 October 2011.

In addition, BlackRock Inc notified a CFD position over 388,783 shares, representing 0.17% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company and a total holding of 23,214,998 representing 9.98% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company held through BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited.
