TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 19 October 2009 from Blackrock UK Dynamic Fund ("UK Dynamic") that on 16 October 2009, UK Dynamic were interested in 17,466,715 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in approximately 7.69% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of a decrease in voting rights from 18,298,072 shares (over 8%) announced on 23 June 2009.

Please note that the total shareholding of Blackrock, Inc in the Company is now 21,647,701 (9.54%) Shares as at 16 October 2009.
