The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification today from Norges Bank that in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, on 2 November 2011 Norges Bank had increased their direct holding of voting rights in the Company from 6,886,791 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Shares") to 6,999,768 Shares representing 3.01% of the issued Shares of the Company.

This notification is in respect of an increase in voting rights above the 3% threshold.
