on 12 February 2007 from SVG Investment Managers Limited under Disclosure and 
Tranparency Rule transitional provision 7 that the shareholders listed below 
were together interested in 11,801,581 ordinary shares of 1p each in the 
Company representing an indirect interest in approximately 5.33% of the issued
Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
