Transactions in own shares

                                Evolution Group plc

The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that on 7 November 2006 it 
purchased 500,000 Ordinary 1p Shares ("Shares") in the Company at £1.20 
per share. The Shares purchased by the Company were purchased for cancellation.

The Company also announces that on 7 November 2006 Evolution EBT Limited as 
Trustee of The Evolution Group Plc Employees' Share Trust ("the Trust") 
(a discretionary trust of which all employees of The Evolution Group Plc and 
its subsidiaries are potential beneficiaries) purchased 153,948 Shares in the 
Company at £1.20 per share.

The Executive Directors are deemed for Companies Act purposes to be interested 
in all Shares held by the Trust.

The Trust now holds a total of 9,657,777 Shares representing 4.28% of the 
Company's issued share capital.
