Evolution Group plc
The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that on 19 October 2005,
Evolution EBT Limited, as Trustee of The Evolution Group Plc Employees' Share
Trust ("the Trust") (a discretionary trust of which all employees of The
Evolution Group Plc and its subsidiaries are potential beneficiaries), purchased
200,000 Ordinary 1p Shares ("Shares") in the Company at £1.339 per share.
The Executive Directors are deemed for Companies Act purposes to be interested
in all Shares held by the Trust.
The Trust now holds a total of 7,492,621 Shares representing 3.37% of the
Company's issued share capital.
