Change of Name


On 19 September 2002, CapitalTech released an announcement detailing the passing
of all resolutions at their Extraordinary General Meeting.


One of the resolutions was to change the name of the Company to 'TERRACE HILL
GROUP PLC'.


The Company is pleased to announce that on 23 September 2002 the resolution
became effective.
