Terrace Hill announces that they received notification today that Mr Thomas
Gerard Walsh, Group Finance Director, today purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in
the Group at a price of 42p per share. The interest of Mr. Walsh has increased
from 30,000 ordinary shares (0.016%) to 35,000 ordinary shares (0.019%).

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 2p each in the 
Group.
