                             Director shareholding

The Board of Terrace Hill announces that Bob Dyson, Non-Executive Director of
the Company, holds, as at 13 July 2007, 623,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each
in the Company representing 0.29% of the current issued share capital of Terrace
Hill. Bob Dyson's entire holding in the Company was acquired prior to his
appointment on 5 March 2007 as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
