Director Shareholdings

Notification under AIM Rule 17:

The Company was notified yesterday that Robert Adair, Chairman of the Company, had on 29 June 2011 purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 23.25p per share for his SIPP. 

Following this transaction, Robert Adair is deemed to have a total beneficial interest of 130,241,239 shares. Robert Adair's holding represents 61.4% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
