Notification under AIM Rule 17:

The Company was notified on 8 April 2010 that Philip Leech, Chief Executive of the Company, had on that day purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 20p per Share. 

Following this transaction Philip Leech is deemed to have a total beneficial interest of 1,639,447 Shares.  Philip Leech's holding represents 0.77% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
