Director Shareholdings

Notification under AIM Rule 17:

The Company was notified today that Robert Adair, Chairman of the Company, had on 10 June 2011 purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 23.25p per Share for his SIPP. 

Following this transaction Robert Adair is deemed to have a total beneficial interest of 130,091,239 Shares. Robert Adair's holding represents 61.4% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
