Notification under AIM Rule 17

The Company was notified on 6 March 2014 of the following share transaction by a Director:

On 13 November 2013, Robert Dyson, non-executive Director, transferred his entire holding of 623,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company from a W H Ireland nominee account in the name of Fitel Nominees Limited to an Adam & Company nominee account in the name of Lynchwood Nominees Limited and the shares were charged in favour of Adam & Company  as security for loans to a company wholly owned by Mr Dyson and his wife. This charge has now been released and there has been no change in the beneficial ownership of the shares throughout this period. Robert Dyson's total beneficial interest remains at 623,000 shares, representing 0.29% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
