TERRACE HILL GROUP PLC ('the Group' or 'Terrace Hill')
Director Shareholding
Terrace Hill announces that they received notification on 31 October 2005 that
Mr Robert Fredrik Martin Adair, Executive Chairman of the Group, purchased
700,000 ordinary shares in the Group on 31 October 2005 at a price of 41p per
share. The beneficial interest of Mr Adair has increased from 128,558,549
ordinary shares (68.67%) to 129,258,549 ordinary shares (69.04%).
The Shares referred to in the announcement are the issued Ordinary Shares of 2p
each in the Group.
