DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

1.   D Ross Macdonald, Joint Managing Director of the Company, has today
     purchased 10,000 Shares at a price of 16.50p each. Mr Macdonald's interest 
     in the share capital of the Company has today increased from 479,522 Shares 
     (0.31%) to 489,522 Shares (0.32%).

2.   Miranda A Kelly, Director of the Company, has also today purchased 10,000
     Shares at a price of 16.50p each. Miss Kelly's interest in the share 
     capital of the Company has increased from 73,302 Shares (0.05%) to 83,302 
     Shares (0.05%).

The Shares referred to in the announcement are the issued Ordinary Shares of 2p
each in the Company.
