Terrace Hill Group plc (AIM: THG), the UK property development and investment group, announces the appointment of Mrs Annette Julie Green ("Julie"), aged 51, as non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 8 December 2010.
Julie is a founder and Managing Partner of Lowndes Partners, LLP, and is responsible for corporate finance advice and public/private capital market activities in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Julie has been active in corporate finance for over twenty years and worked previously at Jones Lang LaSalle and Lazard.
Disclosures for the purposes of AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules are set out in the Appendix below.
