DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING


The Board of the Company announces that it was notified today that the following
directors had acquired ordinary shares in the Company as follows:


1.  D. Ross Macdonald, Joint Managing Director of the Company,
today purchased 14,000 Shares in the Company at a price of 25p each. Mr
Macdonald's interest in the share capital of the Company has increased from
535,522 shares (0.35%) to 549,522 Shares (0.36%).

2.  Miranda A. Kelly, Director of the Company, also today
purchased 6,000 Shares in the Company at a price of 25p each.  Miss Kelly's
interest in the share capital of the Company has increased from 99,302 Shares
(0.06%) to 105,302 Shares (0.07%).

The Shares referred to in the announcement are the issued Ordinary Shares of 2p
each in the Company.
