As at 1pm today, the Offers by Property & Capital Group PLC for the whole issued
share capitals of Norcity III PLC and Norcity IV PLC had reached acceptance
levels of 95.43% AND 95.33% respectively and thus these Offers have been
declared unconditional in all respects.
