Repurhase of Shares

The Company has today implemented the buy back of shares for cancellation
referred to in the announcements of 31 January 2003 and 5 March 2003. 750,000
Ordinary shares of 2p each nominal value have therefore been repurchased today
at a price of 16.25p per share.

Following this buy back, the Company now has in issue 154,685,652 Ordinary
Shares of 2p each nominal value.
