Annual General Meeting: Retirement of Director


At the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company held today 23 December
2002, all resolutions put before the Company's shareholders were voted on and
duly passed.



Mr Sean Cufley did not offer himself for re-election upon retiral by rotation,
and has consequently retired from the board with immediate effect.



Mr Thomas Walsh has been appointed Group Finance Director.
