TERRACE HILL GROUP PLC ('the Company')
Proposed Repurchase of Shares
The Company plans to propose, at the time of issue of its report for the half
year ending today, a further repurchase of up to 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 17.25p each, being the current mid-market price. The proposed
repurchase will give priority to 673,945 shares, if tendered, being those
tendered in excess of 750,000 at a price of 16.25p, or withdrawn from that
tender, as referred to in the announcement of 5 March 2003. The results for the
six months ending 30 April 2003 will be released by the end of July 2003.
