Thor Mining PLC ('the Company' or 'Thor'), AIM, ASX: 'THR' the specialist metals
company focused on advancing tungsten-molybdenum and uranium projects in the
Northern Territory of Australia, today announces the resignation of Mark Smythe
as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Commenting on the departure of Mark, John W Barr Executive Chairman said: 'The
Board would like to thank Mark for his contribution to the Company's development
and wishes him well for the future'.
