DIRECTORS HOLDINGS

Thor Mining PLC ('the Company' or 'Thor'), AIM, ASX: 'THR' the specialist metals company focused on advancing tungsten-molybdenum and uranium projects in the Northern Territory of Australia, announces the changes to the Directors' holdings as a result of the recent expiry of the warrants.

Following the expiry of the warrants the current holdings of the Directors are summarised in the table below:

¹    Mick Billing, Norman Gardner and Mick Ashton are directors of Western Desert Resources Ltd, a company that holds 24,973,076 shares in the Company.

²    The options are exercisable at AUS$0.18 on or before 15 September 2011.
