Letters to Warrant Holders

Thor Mining Plc ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX: THR) has today sent letters and Warrant Expiry Notices to holders of Australian warrants with an expiry date of 25 March 2012 and an exercise price of 2.625 cents per warrant and also to holders of UK warrants with an exercise date of 31 March 2012 and an exercise price of 1.5 pence per warrant.
