DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING

In accordance with s324 to s328 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, the Company was notified on 5 July, 2010, of a gift, in aggregate, of 1,998 shares, representing 0.02 percent of the issued share capital, to the minor children of Mr Andrew Thorpe, Chairman of the Company.

Following this transaction, Mr Andrew Thorpe and persons connected with him remain interested in 2,805,841 Ordinary Shares representing 23.93 per cent of the issued share capital with voting rights. 

This calculation is based on 11,723,559 being the total number of shares in issue with voting rights.
