Blocklisting application
Digital Barriers plc ('the Company'), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 600,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Digital Barriers plc Long Term Incentive Plan ('the Plan'). The Directors of the Company do not participate in the Plan.
On exercise these shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 28 August 2013.
