Digital Barriers (AIM: DGB) the specialist provider of visually intelligent technologies to the global surveillance, security and safety markets, is pleased to announce that following receipt of CFIUS approval, the Group has achieved or otherwise waived all outstanding closing conditions and has today completed the acquisition of Brimtek Inc.
