The Company received notification on 18 January 2006 that, following an
acquisition of 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'), Strongbow
Capital Limited holds 14,200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which
represents 7.07% of the relevant share capital of the Company.



The current issued share capital of the Company is 235,881,939 Ordinary Shares
and Tiger now holds 35,000,000 ordinary shares in treasury
