Notice of Exercise of Warrant
The Company announces that, in accordance with the terms of a warrant instrument
issued on 28 January 2005 ('Warrant Instrument'), it has written to the
warrantholders to give notice that with effect from the close of business on 24
March 2006 the Middle Market Price of the Ordinary Shares of the Company had not
been less than 8 pence per share for a consecutive period of 30 days. The
Company is exercising its right pursuant to clause 1.4 of the Warrant Instrument
to give notice to the warrantholders that the warrants granted pursuant to the
Warrant Instrument are to expire if not exercised before 27 April 2006. There
are 15,733,411 warrants outstanding, exercisable at 6 pence per warrant, which
if exercised would represent 5.28% of the current issued share capital.
