Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

YORK, 19th May 2014 - Tissue Regenix Group plc (AIM:TRX) ("Tissue Regenix" or "the Group"), the regenerative medical devices company, today announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2014 have been distributed to shareholders together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held at DLA Piper UK LLP, Princes Exchange, Princes Square, Leeds LS1 4BY on 27 June 2014 at 10am.
