Notice of Interim Results and Investor Presentation

Leeds, 27 August 2020 - Tissue Regenix Group (AIM:TRX) (the "Company") the regenerative medical devices company today gives notice that it will announce its unaudited interim results for the six months ending 30^th June 2020, on Wednesday 2^nd  September 2020.

The Company is committed to ensuring that there are appropriate communication structures for all elements of its shareholder base and will provide a live investor presentation relating to the 2020 interim results, via the Investor Meet Company platform, on Thursday 3^rd September at 17:00.

This presentation is open to all existing and potential investors. Questions can be submitted prior to the event or any time during the live presentation via the "Ask a Question" function.
