The Board of Titon announces that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year to 30^th September 2010, together with the formal notice of the 2011 Annual General Meeting, will be posted to all shareholders week commencing 17^th January 2011.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on 16^th  February 2011 at 10:00am at Falconer Road, Haverhill, Suffolk CB9 7XU.

The 2010 Annual Report and Accounts document may also be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at www.titonholdings.com.
