At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at the Titon Manufacturing
Division premises at Falconer Road, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 7XU on 20th February
2007 at 10.00 a.m. all resolutions were passed on a show of hands.

Details of the proxy votes received in respect of each of the Resolutions put to
