Replacement to announcement made on 2 July 2012

TMT has been informed that on 27 June 2012 Advance Consulting Services Ltd, a company owned by Artyom Inyutin, TMT's Head of Investments, purchased 1,300,000 shares in the Company.  As a result, Advance Consulting Services Ltd now owns 1,300,000 shares of TMT, representing 5.28% of the issued ordinary share capital.

This announcement replaces the announcement made on 2 July 2012, which was classified differently.
